Welcome to our portal! You will find your appointments, visits and any lab testing results here. We will upload lab testing results when available to the labs and documents section for you when available. We suggest scheduling your visit to go over the results at the time of ordering your testing. Also, ordering labs at the time of a visit is encouraged.
Please Note when scheduling a visit: Go to MY Appointments and look for available times. After your request, you will be notified when the appointment has been confirmed.
If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit we would need a complete list of your supplements and a new MSQ scoring page prior to your visit. You may upload or email those to us the day before your visit. We also may require an extended visit if more than 3 months since your last follow up with us.
