Welcome to our portal! You will find your appointments, visits and any lab testing results here. We will upload lab testing results when available to the labs and documents section for you when available. We suggest scheduling your visit to go over the results at the time of ordering your testing. Also, ordering labs at the time of a visit is encouraged to prevent an ordering fee.
Please Note when scheduling a visit: Go to MY Appointments and look for available times. After your request, you will be notified when the appointment has been confirmed.
If it has been more than 3 months since your last visit we would need a complete list of your supplements and a new MSQ scoring page prior to your visit. Also, it is advised to book an extended visit to allow for enough time.
